SVEA FASTIGHETER

This project, developed for real estate developer Svea Fastigheter in collaboration with photographer Martin Brusewitz, aimed to build a bank of images to showcase several apartments and help future occupants envision themselves in the spaces. The idea was to create warm, lived-in interiors that conveyed life and personality rather than staged, impersonal showrooms.

Three apartments were furnished and styled, each presented in multiple configurations to offer a variety of atmospheres and give the impression of different homes.

Furniture, accessories, and model styling were conceived as a coherent whole, designed to evoke everyday life scenes. Every detail—color, texture, objects—was carefully curated to create a vivid atmosphere and make it easy for future residents to project themselves.

The result is a consistent, inspiring series that highlights the quality of the apartments and provides the client with a versatile, long-lasting communication tool.
